At PureBlend, we stand behind every product we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
We offer a 30-day guarantee from the date of delivery. If your PureBlend arrives defective, damaged, or stops working within 30 days, contact us and we will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice, no return required.
Email us at contact@shoppureblend.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video of the issue
- Whether you'd prefer a replacement or refund
We respond within 24 hours, Monday–Friday.
Because our products ship internationally and are thoroughly quality-checked before dispatch, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, we're happy to offer store credit valid for 12 months.
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, contact us for a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to refund orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
